We provide hosting services. You agree not to host illegal content or abuse our servers. We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee and a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you break the rules, we may ban you.

Services are billed in advance (monthly or annually). Invoices are generated 7 days before the due date. Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in service suspension.
New customers are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days. This excludes Domain Registration fees and dedicated server setup fees, which are non-refundable.
99.9% Uptime Guarantee
If we dip below 99.9% in a given month, you are eligible for service credits (10% to 50% of monthly fee depending on downtime).
Kloudboy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately. You may cancel your service at any time via the dashboard. Upon termination, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kerala, India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ponnani, Kerala.
